Prescription
As the Chemist "Digitale Apotheek Nederland" only offers original EU medication, naturally it will only be sent upon issue of a valid prescription.
A prescription from your G P however is not neccessary. On our application form is a list of medical questions which you must fill out. Depending on the outcome, the doctor will then decide if a prescription can be issued. Should the doctor decide for health reasons that it is not appropriate, then no prescription will be issued.
Prescription approved
In the case where a prescription can be issued, this will be sent immediately to the chemist, so that it can be sent out as soon as possible to ensure as little delay as possible.
Prescription not approved.
In this case you will be immediately informed and any moneys already paid will of course be refunded. .If however you pay by credit card , this will not be neccessary, as we only debit your card at the moment the order is sent.
