Here we have a collection of the most common questions & answers.

I. Is all the medication original?
Yes, all medication from Digitale Apotheek is original.

II. How long  does the whole order process take?
When you pay by credit card, usually 2 to 3 working days. Payment by bank transfer; allow 3 to 5 working days.

III. How can i pay?
Either by Visa, American Express or  Bank transfer.
Cash on delivery, Direct Debit, Mastercard or Paypal regrettably is not possible.

IV. Who is the sender?
The sender is Digitale Apotheek from the Netherlands.

V. Are there any extra costs?
As you can see on the order form,  27 € is for chemist & doctors fees,  VAT is included.  Otherwise there are no further costs..

VI. What happens when i order, but don`t receive confirmation?
Please check your Spam File, we often find that our mails end up there. If however you still don`t find anything, then please contact us..

VII. What happens when i`m not at home?
Usually we will leave your package with a neighbour and a card will be left notifying you.  Alternatively  you can pick up your package from your nearest post office parcel pick up point.. A pre arranged appointment for delivery with DHL is also possible.

VIII. Can i cancel my order?
Yes of course, however it`s best if you do it as soon as possible and by telephone.  (Mon-Fri 10 am – 6 pm )  If you pay by credit card, then a speedy cancelation is even more important as the delivery is sometimes sent out on the same day. Please note that when an order already has been sent, it`s not possible to refund the total amount. That`s why it`s very important that you tell us, preferably by phone, as quickly as possible..
